We aim to ship within this window, but shipping times can vary during peak periods (e.g., new TCG set releases).

Shipping Times & Carriers

We ship UK-wide and [specify if international, e.g., to select EU countries or worldwide]. Delivery times are estimates and start after your order ships:

UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scotland): 2–5 business days via [e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Evri / DPD].

UK Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland: 3–7 business days (additional fees may apply — shown at checkout).

These are carrier estimates — actual delivery can vary due to weather, strikes, or high demand. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and selected method.

We offer free shipping over £100

All prices include VAT where applicable.

No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay (excluding potential international duties/taxes).

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email (or via Shopify account if logged in).

Track your parcel directly with the carrier (e.g., royalmail.com, evri.com).

For untracked economy options (if offered), we can't provide real-time updates.

Risk & Responsibility

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you (or your nominated recipient).

If an item is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, contact us immediately — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no extra charge to you. Provide photos if damaged.

What if your order is delayed or doesn't arrive?

If delivery exceeds 30 days from order date (or any agreed longer timescale), you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund under UK law.

For shorter delays, we'll keep you updated and work with the carrier to resolve.

Contact us if no update after expected delivery window.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Report issues within 30 days of expected delivery. We'll investigate with the carrier and provide remedies (replacement/refund) where appropriate.

Our Promise

We pack every order securely to protect your custom binders during transit. If something goes wrong with delivery, we'll make it right quickly and fairly.
