1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Site (e.g., transmit viruses, infringe IP, or attempt unauthorised access). We may suspend/terminate access if we suspect a breach.

2. Products and Orders

• Orders are offers to buy; we accept by confirming and processing (email confirmation). We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders (e.g., stock issues, suspected fraud).

• Prices include VAT where applicable; displayed in GBP. We may change prices without notice (pre-order prices locked).

• Payment via Shopify Payments or our processor (secure; we don’t store card details)

3. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

• Shipping via [e.g., Royal Mail / Evri] to UK/selected countries. Times estimated — not guaranteed.

• Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment.

• Check goods on receipt — report issues promptly.

4. Our Liability

• We provide goods with reasonable care/skill, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described (CRA 2015).

• Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury from negligence, fraud, or statutory rights.

• To the extent permitted, our total liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect/consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, data).

• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (force majeure).

7. Disputes and Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to English courts (or your local courts if consumer rights apply).

• We aim to resolve issues amicably — contact us first.

• Alternative dispute resolution: You may use the EU ODR platform (if applicable) or complain to Trading Standards.

We may update Terms — continued use constitutes acceptance. Check for changes.
