Return & Refund Policy Last updated: 

1st April 2026, At Last Pack Magic, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our Pokémon merchandise (trading cards, packs, figures, plushies, apparel, etc.), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges / Swaps

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange: Email us at robert@lpmportsmouth.co.uk with your order number and what you would like to swap it for.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Important Notes: We do not accept returns for refunds under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and may offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or store credit at our discretion.
